The strip’s design features an integrated lock (fastener) and does not require any additional binding materials (e.g. glue, staples) for attachment. Depending on the usage, the strip can be made from cellulose paper or from water-resistant synthetic paper. Other materials, such as artificial leather or textile, may also be used in production as printing is applied to the surface using standard printing methods. Depending on the number of produced units, the template is either cut on a plotter or die-cut using a mold.

Depending on the intended use and the durability of selected material, the length of the strip can vary from 10 cm to over 1 m. The dimensions of graphics and the zip fastener are adjusted in accordance with the selected size.
Zipline is an innovative advertising medium. Thanks to its built-in fastener, the strip can be attached to a car door handle, windshield wiper, scooter or bicycle handlebars, railings, door handles, public transport handrails, gates, pipes, and tree branches.
Combined with a QR code generator and scanner, Zipline introduces new opportunities for advertising campaigns, public events, entertainment businesses, and monitoring services. Inclusion of QR code generation in production of the flyer strip allows each strip to be assigned an individual QR code.
Such flyer strips can be used to mark routes for orienteering competitions: using a dedicated mobile scanning app, participants can record checkpoints and timestamps along the route, transmitting data to digital platforms for judges and spectators. This technology simplifies route tracking and increases audience engagement.
The use of unique QR codes is applicable not only to large-scale events such as charity exhibitions, but also in service industries. For example, for awarding customer bonuses, tracking attendance, running prize draws, or labeling packages for courier services. Assignment of unique codes to tags on consumer goods (such as clothing) allows products to be linked to additional information, such as styling advice, other items in a collection, or video demonstration of item’s fit on a model.
Zipline can be customized to meet the client’s corporate needs and designed in accordance with their brand’s identity and stylistic preferences.
